Pumpernickel sandwich with cream cheese and veggies [220 calories]

2 slices pumpernickel bread
2 tbs whipped cream cheese
1 slice tomato
5 slices cucumber
pinch of salt


  1. Preheat your broiler on high.
  2. Slice tomato and cucumber slices.
  3. Place two slices of pumpernickel bread on the highest shelf under the broiler for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese evenly on each slice.
  5. Layer tomato on one side, cucumbers on the other, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
