Mustard Chicken [235 calories]

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs wholegrain mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch salt
ground black pepper

(Serves 4)

Directions:

  1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings in a small bowl.
  2. With a small spatula or your hands, lightly coat chicken breasts and place in baking dish.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.

You thought there was more? Nah, this shit is dead easy, and way more delicious than it has any right to be. Enjoy with baked mac and cheese and buttered peas.
