4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs wholegrain mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch salt
ground black pepper

Directions:
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings in a small bowl.
- With a small spatula or your hands, lightly coat chicken breasts and place in baking dish.
- Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
