1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp minced garlic
1lb green beans, trimmed
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs vegetable oil
- In a medium saucepan, cover green beans in 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer ~7 minutes until crisp tender. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, heat oil until shimmering. Add oregano, garlic, and salt, and cook 30 seconds to a minute, until garlic just begins to brown.
- Add green beans and toss to coat.
Enjoy with coconut crusted chicken and yellow rice.
